On this workshop you will learn how to target the arms specifically for strength and hypertrophy. There will be a short presentation on arm anatomy and nutritional strategies for hypertrophy, as well as 2 practical sessions where proper form and correct application of methods will be taught. You will also receive a 12 Week Arm Hypertrophy Plan which will be explained in detail. 

This workshop requires some gym experience and is not for complete beginners. If you are unsure whether you are suitable for the course then please do not hesitate to contact us.
