  • Training MON-FRI 1130-1230 (bookings only)
  • 3 different whole body workouts on offer
  • Exercises are adjusted according to Fitness-Level and goals
  • Maximum 6 Participants
  • CHF 35.- per Trainingsession
  • Basic Nutritional Advice to help you reach your goal
